1. If Spoclearn Reschedules a Training
We strive to maintain our training schedule, but in rare cases, a session may be postponed or rescheduled. If this happens:
You can get a full refund if the new dates don’t work for you. The refund will be processed within 30 days of your request.
You may choose a different upcoming class at a time and location (within the same country) that suits you. You’ll need to inform us at least 7 days before the new course starts.
You can also nominate someone else to attend in your place. Please let us know at least 3 days before the new course date.
2. If You Want to Reschedule
We understand plans can change. If you need to move your training to a future date, here’s how rescheduling fees apply:
Notice Period Before Original Class | Rescheduling Fee |
---|---|
10 or more days in advance | 15% of the upcoming class registration fee |
6 to 9 days in advance | 60% of the upcoming class registration fee |
Less than 3 days | Rescheduling is not allowed |
Rescheduled classes must be attended within 3 months of your original course date.
You must request your reschedule at least 7 days before the new class starts.
